The Brilliant Travel Director is responsible for leading and growing the Brilliant Travel MSTP and homeworking sales operations, driving sustainable sales growth, profitability, and brand performance.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the role focuses on developing and delivering strategic sales and marketing plans, expanding the Brilliant Travel partner network, and identifying new commercial opportunities that deliver margin to the business.
